Cover songs can be really fun. Sometimes it’s nice to hear an updated version of a song you love that’s just pure worship of the original. Sometimes it’s cool to hear a completely new take on a tried and true classic. This album is full of both, and everyone will likely find a different song that just clicks for them. Because that’s the beauty of music: everyone hears it differently, even though we’re all listening to the same songs. Kirk Gauthier

Have only listened to the first three tracks so far. Somehow the indie/grunge/funereal/doom elements meld together well. Well worth a listen! 😁
Update - couldn't stop listening. No weak tracks. Music that won't stand still, but holds up well throughout. My favourite non-electronic release for some time. Thanks so much for the code! 😎 Rinchen Choesang

Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this. Luke
This searing, four-track split from Bog Wizard (Michigan) and Dust Lord (Colorado) pairs stoner rock riffs with hard fantasy themes. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 10, 2021
If you're going to go out in apocalyptic style you might want to have the 40 minute title track playing loud at your side. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 12, 2013

I waited for this one, so I was prepared. Wireless rear speakers charged? Check! Moonrocks for the Gandalf pipe? check! Ok, put it on.
My mind and soul are blessed, they are one. 0:) PodLizard
